After you apply: claiming each week

Certify each week you want to be paid, online in UI ICE under "My To Do List" or by phone at 701-328-4995, using your PIN. A claim week runs Sunday through Saturday midnight; certify any time after it ends, and within two weeks of starting your claim or of the last week you certified. The first eligible week is an unpaid waiting week, but you must still certify it. Stop certifying for more than two weeks in a row and your claim becomes inactive.
