After you apply: claiming each week
Request benefit payments in Reconnect every two weeks, on or within seven days of the scheduled report date shown on your Reconnect Dashboard. For each week you answer questions about your ability, availability and work search, report any earnings, and list that week's work search contacts. A late request is not paid and makes the claim inactive.
