Not required in department-approved training, for union members who find work through a hiring hall, on WorkShare, on jury duty, with a recall or new full-time job starting within 10 business days, or when due back at work within 12 weeks of the last day worked.
Not sent in with the weekly certification; keep a log (DLT provides one), as a claim can be audited at any time.
