Job Overview

The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at E-Solutions will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our services and systems. Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust monitoring and alerting systems to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact service.
• Develop and maintain automations for deployment and infrastructure management to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with development teams to drive architectural improvements and development best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, including outages and performance degradations.
• Participate in on-call rotations and assist with incident management and postmortem reviews.
• Continuously improve existing processes for cloud deployment, configuration management, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Conduct performance testing and contribute to capacity planning to ensure service sustainability.
• Document system architecture, implementation, and operational procedures for team reference.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, preferably AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and storage best practices.
• Proficiency in monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
