Overview

As a Senior Quality Engineer (Database) at Veradigm®, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of our database systems. Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies for our database solutions.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve database performance issues.
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for database applications.
• Identify, analyze, and document defects and inconsistencies in database performance.
• Ensure compliance with data integrity and security standards across all database systems.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior quality engineers in best practices for database testing.
• Continuously assess and recommend improvements to the database architecture and QA processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, primarily focusing on database systems.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems (e.g., Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL).
