The Senior Quality Engineer (Database) at Veradigm® will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our database systems. Job Responsibilities

• Develop automated testing frameworks and execute performance, regression, and load testing for database systems.
• Review and analyze system specifications and technical requirements for both functional and non-functional aspects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues throughout the development lifecycle.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Track quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of quality assurance processes by providing insights and suggestions based on testing outcomes.
• Assist in setting up CI/CD pipelines for automated testing of database applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering, specifically with a focus on databases.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing and maintaining automated test scripts.
